Saint Mary of Stamford Parish works in full collaboration with the Office of Safe Environments of the Diocese of Bridgeport, in compliance with the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops’ Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People.
Every member of our clergy, staff, volunteers, and contractors age 18 and older is required to complete VIRTUS “Protecting God’s Children” training and pass a criminal background check before serving in any role. No exceptions.
